Special Section:  On this date at 23:40 the OSS called 25Z to give the crew information about an extra car in their train as well as position changes and hazardous materials because they were not near enough to a point where they could pick up a written copy of the change order.  The event begins while the train is approaching Topton (about MP 19 on the Reading Line, just out of the range of my scanner's reception) and the conversation continues until the 25Z approaches CP-Laurel (approximately 15 miles).  While this train is not logged on this date, it will be on Saturday, 10/24.  Be advised, however, that this recording is 22 minutes long with very few interruptions.  The OSS and the 25Z crew should get a lot of credit for the attempt at pronouncing some of the chemicals described!  Listen in as they all get some chuckles out of this whole ordeal.
